The year is 2001 and two student promoters, Matt & James launch a new night in Leeds to rapturous applause from a sold out Po Na Na club (now called Mezz) opposite the Townhouse (now called Chilli Whites)!!! The night was called LoveDough and showcased a bevy of local heroes, such as, Breakers Unify, headed up by Shane (aka 10TONN), Jay 'Buddy' Birch and Kombine manning the decks and a dance troupe from the Northern School of Contemporary Dance that included a little known dancer called Paloma, now more commonly known as Paloma Faith! LoveDough dollar bills rained down on an ever adorning crowd to tracks off Biggie's seminal LP 'Life After Death' and so... a legend was born.
Nine years later and the night has grown into a clubbing super brand hosting shows all over the world. Therefore, in true LoveDough style we celebrate those nine years with a killa line-up including

Bitch is very, very, VERY proud to welcome one of the best producers to hail from France and one of the biggest names in minimal tech. People of Leeds, it gives us great pleasure to present to you... POPOF (Heretik).
Popof is a French DJ/Composer/Arranger hailing from the Rave Party scene. A previous member of the underground collective Heretik System, he's participated in numerous events throughout France, Europe, the Middle-East, Asia, Japan, Central & Latin America. Today, he stresses his preference towards minimal techno and electro. His EP, 'Alcoolic', released on the label AFU LTp in 2007 was a huge success.

Firstly, thank you to everyone who came to our 6th Birthday, what an amazing night! Thanks for all our loyal fans who have helped us come this far! We know it was very busy - so many of you turned up.
